Aden Barbon came to New York and was influenced by Nick Marschicano, and many of the abstract expressionist. He follows the discoveries based on pattern, chaos, and a natural attitude toward paint. From visiting studios of many artist he came to believe in a collective mind where images are a synthesis of shared experiences. An admirer of Jack Towarkove his work plays with structure and gesture. The process and the image gel into a painting which he regards as a fragment of the universe attempting "Sacred Dance".  |
